The PureControl ANC app enhances the user experience of the PurePlay Z5 earbuds by providing a range of functionalities and a tailored service aimed at facilitating an individual setup. The Setup Assistant streamlines the initiation process into the PurePlay ecosystem, simplifying it into three straightforward steps.

This app offers comprehensive control over various sound modes, touch control mapping, locating services, and additional features for the PurePlay Z5 earbuds. One of the standout offerings is LDX™ AUDIO, which introduces the Lypertek Definition Expander. This feature delivers a meticulously programmed sound profile designed specifically for each compatible earbud, elevating an already impressive audio performance with enhanced impact, energy, and spatial width.

The 7-band equalizer provides users with the ability to customize sound preferences extensively. It includes carefully developed presets alongside two custom slots for users to store their unique configurations.

Sound modes are easily managed, allowing for quick transitions between ANC (Active Noise Cancelling), Ambient, and Normal modes:

• ANC utilizes built-in microphones to minimize external noise, particularly effective against low-frequency sounds such as traffic or airplane engines.
• Ambient mode facilitates awareness of surrounding sounds without needing to remove the earbuds, enabling conversations and alerts for travel updates.
• Normal mode deactivates both ANC and Ambient functionalities, maximizing playback time and battery efficiency.
• Auto-Ambient™ simplifies user interaction by automatically activating Ambient mode during periods of audio pause or stop, enhancing situational awareness while allowing for a seamless return to preferred listening.

Touch controls are fully customizable, ensuring that users can tailor interactions with their earbuds for optimal comfort and safety by reducing the possibility of accidental touches.

The “Find My Earbuds” feature alleviates concerns over misplaced devices by indicating the last known disconnection point on a map. Furthermore, the app keeps users informed about firmware updates and guides them through the update process efficiently.

Note: The PureControl ANC app is specifically designed for use with the PurePlay Z5 earbuds. Users with other PurePlay series earbuds should download the PureControl app instead.
